What's a flower subscription?


A subscription is when you continuously want flowers to be delivered for you to enjoy in your home or workspace.




What is your cancellation policy?


You can cancel at any time within your account. You can also give us a ring, send a text or email us! There's no extra fee or any questions asked. *No cancellation or refunds for the 3 month pre-paid subscription.




When do you deliver?


We deliver on Thursdays between 10am-6pm. We deliver our flowers on Thursdays because we want you to be "weekend ready" and have your arrangament looking its best in case you have guests over or just for you enjoy when you are home most of the time.




What if I'm not home at the moment of delivery?


If you are not home we highly recommend that you have a neighbor or friend accept your flowers, and bring them indoors. But we also understand that you can have a busy shedule and if you don't have anyone to receive your arrangement, we'll leave your bouquet in a secure package for you to open once you come home!




Do I get a new vase with every flower shipment?


Every time we deliver a new arrangement you will receive it in a new vase and give us back the vase that you currently have in your house from the previous Joyful Blooms delivery. If you are not home, please leave it outside for us to pick up. If you forget we'll collect the vase the next time we deliver :) If you decide to cancel your subscription, you get to keep the vase you currently have in your home. Only one vase belongs to you.




What if I'm on vacation?


You can edit, skip or cancel at any time within your account for no extra charge.




What if I live in a gated community?


Please let us know in advance if there is a special code or if you have to put us on a list. This way our delivery is flawwless for you and us ;)




Is there an extra fee for delivery?


Shipping is complimentary with every subscription.




Where do you deliver?


Currently we only deliver within Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Boca Raton, FL. If you live outside of those towns, please contact us so we can discuss further and see if we can make it happen for you ;)




Can I give a subscription as a gift?


Of course! You will have to create an account, and enter all your information. The only thing we will need from the recipient is their first and name, address and any instructions on delivery, (such as if they live in a gated community). The 3 month package is perfect for gifting!




What type of flowers will I get?


We pick our flowers based on seasonality and availability. Our high-end flower arrangements will always be modern, gorgeous and fun!




How many stems come in an arrangement?


20-25 stems will come with your beautiful assorted arrangement




How long will my flowers last?


You can expect your flowers to last at least 7 days. We'll give you a card on your first delivery with some tips on what you can do to make them last longer. Flowers are living creatures that need love and care for an extended life spand. Some flowers have longer life spands than others. Visit our Instagram page for tips on how to repurpose your arrangement when needed ;)




What if I'm not happy with my arrangement?


We take our product and our service very seriously. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your product or service. Please let us know. We are here to help and to make things right for you!




What is your refund policy?


If you are not happy with your delivery, please let us know inmediatley in person at the moment of delivery. If you are not home at the moment of delivery you can always contact us by texting, emailing or calling us within 24 hours of delivery and we will review your inquiry as quickly as possible. We personally deliver the arrangements and hand them to you in person. We don't use any mail carrier so we can insure your package is delivered in perfect condition. If you are not home we will leave the flowers in a safe package and take a picture for proof of delivery for your peace of mind. If something happened to your flowers while (at the door) contact us and we'll issue you a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.




I broke my vase. Can I get a replacement?


Only one vase is included with each subscription. Email us at joyfulflowers@gmail.com and we will aid you in purchasing a new vase or you can always purchase them directly from our website (coming soon).




Can I choose options such as the types of flowers that are used in the arrangments?


Part of the excitement of the Joyful Blooms experience is the wonderful surprise you'll have every single time you recieve our arrangements! Our subscriptions are currently set up for our flower experts to curate only. They will professionally curate seasonal flowers that will compliment all the seasons in an modern and artistic way for your home or workspace.




Are there any other fees?


None at all :)
