3 Signs He’s Proposing This Christmas
The most wonderful time of the year is here again! It’s not only the time for family, friends, and warm get-togethers, but December is the most popular month for engagement proposals! (Almost 20% of the year’s engagement proposals happen in December.)
So if you have been dating your partner for quite a while, you know their parents, their friends and they know yours, you’ve traveled together, you’ve made a tradition of spending the holidays together, than you could be coming close to that big proposal!
Statistically, in recent years men take longer than before to pop the big question because they want to make sure that you’re definitely the right one.
There are more chances he’s going to propose this season if you’ve talked about marriage at least once before, but you really never know.
You could dig a little deeper by paying closer attention to these signs because if there’s a red flag then perhaps it’s time to schedule your next manicure appointment to show off that ring ;)
1. HE'S ACTING UNUSUAL
Men tend to get very nervous when it’s time to pop the question, so if he’s been a little out of it lately then there are chances he’s trying to find the perfect moment to do it.
You can tell something is going on too if you’re parents have been acting weird as well.
Depending on how he’s planned it, he might’ve told your parents so keep an eye on them too. Have you recently called your mom and you’ve noticed she’s been overly excited for no reason? Maybe she’s waiting for that call with the big yes!
2. HE'S SECRETIVE ABOUT HIS PHONE, COMPUTER AND WHERE HE IS
Your partner probably has been saving ring ideas, receipts, among other things related to the proposal.
Have you called him a few times and found that he was at the mall? Or if you go to the mall together, he seems to know everyone?
These could be signs that he’s trying to find a ring, or is making payments on a ring.
3. HE HAS PLANNED SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR BOTH OF YOU FOR “CHRISTMAS”
Well, it IS that time of the year, so special planning is expected, but did he tell you that he’s planning a “surprise” for Christmas?
If that’s a little out of the norm for you guys, this could be a sign.
So go with the “plans” and get all beautified because this may just be the time you’ve been waiting for!
