More and more brides are ditching the idea of having a white dress. While that may be the traditional way, light blue and pink dresses are becoming a big deal. Major designers even such as Vera Wang are creating wedding dress lines containing different color dresses. This could be a way for a bride to really let their personality shine through and modernizing their wedding. Brides can also add a little excitement to their dress to let everyone know it’s their special day. Maybe adding a beautiful flower crown to wear? Or a long color veil.
2. High-Low Gowns
Some brides have difficulty choosing whether they want a short dress or a long dress. They want the tradition of a long dress, but also want a short dress they can have fun in. A new up and coming trend is a high low wedding gown. The gown is short in the front and long in the back. This could be a new solution for brides to get the best of both worlds.
3. Wedding Jumpsuits
A new and wonderful alternative for those bride’s out there who don’t like to wear dresses. There are some bride’s out there who don’t like to wear dresses but feel like they must just because it’s tradition to have a wedding gown. However, wedding jumpsuits have now become a trend. A long white jumpsuit can be just as beautiful as a wedding gown and is a perfect solution for those brides who want to be comfortable on their wedding day.
For a long time, spaghetti strap or strapless gowns were the biggest trend and most coming wedding dress. But now, long sleeve dresses are making a comeback. Puffy sleeves as well. The royals, having inspired this new trend. There are now lines being created just for long sleeve wedding dresses. This adds an extra touch to a bride’s wedding gown. More and more brides have been requesting naked or geometric gowns lately. The sheer fabric and flesh colored gowns are very eye-popping and bold. Brides these days like taking chances and being unique. If that is your goal, this is the way to go.
